Cancellation Policy
Please read our rental cancellation policy very carefully. We strive to provides the highest quality golf cart experience to all of our customers and guest. Our commitment to your experience may cause us to turn away other guest. Effective 9/20/2023, there will be no exceptions to our cancellation policy.
Partial refunds (with the exception of 1-hour rentals, see below) will be issued if you cancel your reservation by 12:00 EST the day before your rental start date. We will refunded your rental fee less a $60 cancellation fee per cart on the reservation. There are no refunds for cancellations made after 12:00 EST the day before or on the start date of the rental reservation.
There are no refunds for early return of the golf cart.
There are no refunds for 1-hour rental reservations.
There are no refunds for cancellation of the agreed rental term and rate once the equipment is received. This includes rentals where property or locations restrictions do not allow the golf carts.
There are no refunds for weather related reasons such as rain, wind, too cold, too hot, etc.
In the event your cart has a mechanical issue that prevents it from being operated safely, we will put you in another cart, if available. If no cart is available, we will refund you the difference in your remaining time.
Equipment malfunction or failure due to improper use will be charged at the agreed rate and may include additional charges for replacement or repair as stated in the rental agreement
